About this role
Role Overview
- Optimizing site facility infrastructure and control systems, including utilities, HVAC, and RO/DI, by analyzing system trends to increase capacity and resource efficiency
- Eliminating operational losses and equipment bottlenecks by conducting root cause analyses using 5-Whys and Fishbone methodologies to implement permanent technical solutions
- Advancing equipment reliability and asset lifespans by developing predictive maintenance plans and investigating downtime patterns to minimize unscheduled disruptions
- Driving data-driven process improvements and reporting
- Managing vendor relationships and contract lifecycles
- Executing energy conservation projects and sustainability initiatives
- Directing site asset management and Facility Condition Assessments (LCAM) while providing technical training and SOP development for operations and maintenance staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (required)
- 2+ years in maintenance, plant engineering and/or facilities management
- Knowledge of HVAC, utilities, electrical and energy management systems
- Working knowledge of building automation / process control systems preferred
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, Google Workspace
- Diagnostics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical industry and/or high-tech industry knowledge preferred.
