Optimizing site facility infrastructure and control systems, including utilities, HVAC, and RO/DI, by analyzing system trends to increase capacity and resource efficiency
Eliminating operational losses and equipment bottlenecks by conducting root cause analyses using 5-Whys and Fishbone methodologies to implement permanent technical solutions
Advancing equipment reliability and asset lifespans by developing predictive maintenance plans and investigating downtime patterns to minimize unscheduled disruptions
Driving data-driven process improvements and reporting
Managing vendor relationships and contract lifecycles
Executing energy conservation projects and sustainability initiatives
Directing site asset management and Facility Condition Assessments (LCAM) while providing technical training and SOP development for operations and maintenance staff
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (required)
2+ years in maintenance, plant engineering and/or facilities management
Knowledge of HVAC, utilities, electrical and energy management systems
Working knowledge of building automation / process control systems preferred
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, Google Workspace
Diagnostics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical industry and/or high-tech industry knowledge preferred.
