Role Overview
- Responsible for overall business performance and development of the Territory
- Driving business plans and growth initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Leading and developing the Territory team
- Supporting deal closings and high-level negotiations
- Managing financial performance, budgets, and cost control
- Ensuring compliance with Environment, Health & Safety standards
- Overseeing customer service excellence and forecasting for equipment and aftermarket sales
Requirements
- Background in mining, construction, or heavy engineering
- Strong business development skills
- Proven ability to deliver sales growth
- Experience in people management
- Financial acumen and strategic planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Finnish and English skills, both verbal and in writing
- University degree is considered an advantage
