Offer in-person and telehealth services to the Northern MN Sanford clinics.
Conduct behavioral health services in a primary care clinic setting.
Participate in quality improvement activities and document in a responsible manner.
Requirements
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Behavioral Health Sciences required.
License must be in good standing in state(s) of practice.
In Minnesota, must have one of the following: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)
