Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Clinical Research Group (CRG) and Thermo Fisher Scientific objectives
Serve as a subject matter expert with strong technical and domain acumen
Drive cross-functional alignment across global stakeholders
Lead and develop a high-performing product management team
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle including design, development, launch, and growth
Identify market opportunities and customer needs through Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights
Define product positioning, value propositions, and commercialization strategies
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback
Develop pricing strategies and evaluate product competitiveness
Partner with marketing, R&D, engineering, sales, and finance to ensure successful product delivery
Lead product development initiatives from concept through commercialization
Prepare and present business cases, performance reports, and strategic updates
Promote product value internally and externally.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Master's degree preferred)
Previous product management experience, including leadership of complex products or services that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10+ years’ experience)
Proven experience leading global, multi-layered teams (preferred)
Experience in clinical research, medical writing, or regulated environments (preferred)
Experience with digital product transformation and innovation (preferred)
Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner
Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency
May require as-needed travel (0-30%).
