About this role

Responsible for moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts.
Performs a completeness, accuracy and risk assessment of outgoing payments according to established guidelines and procedures.
Researches and resolves numerical errors on reports or when notified by business partners and engages support partners when needed.
Responds to business partner inquiries related to errors via written communication.
Understands the process flow from end to end and the process controls, risks, and impacts of their work.

Minimum 1 year experience in financial operations, trading, money movement, wires, and/or general ledger balancing.
Ability to manipulate data in Microsoft Excel using filters, formulas, or pivot tables to create and track worklists.
Experience managing multiple workflow tools and/or mailboxes, organizing work and prioritizing daily email communications efficiently.
Experience, studies, or knowledge related to operations, finance or accounting concepts.
Experience documenting work for record keeping or evidence purposes.
