Role Overview
- Ensure projects are successfully completed on time and on budget
- Drive consistency and quality in project execution
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks
- Provide project reporting and status updates
- Track budget management, resource planning, and utilization
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in program management, project management, desirable within digital transformation, engineering, or technology rollouts
- Demonstrated success working in or with a PMO, managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience coordinating with regional/site teams who own local execution, and working with external vendors/integrators.
- Familiarity with both predictive and agile/hybrid delivery approaches
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Project management certification such as PMP®, PgMP®, or PMI-ACP® is a strong advantage.
