The Account Executive is responsible for managing commercial and institutional relationships with private healthcare institutions and public bodies.
Their primary objective is to identify opportunities within these institutions to manage existing contracts and ensure that the company's products and services are the preferred solution, always in compliance with current legislation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a health-related field, preferably in nursing.
Proven commercial experience is preferred, ideally with a healthcare portfolio.
Availability to travel up to 40% of the time.
An MBA in business is a plus.
Prior experience working in healthcare support areas such as Central Sterile Services (CSS) and the Operating Room is desirable.
Strong institutional relationship skills with the ability to engage hospital directors, pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and clinical engineering teams.
Negotiation skills with a focus on delivering added value and cost savings for public healthcare budgets, not just on price.
