The Project Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the NZ Project Service Group, enabling project managers and engineers to focus on delivery and client engagement
Coordinating project information
Tracking progress against program and budget
Supporting commercial and quality processes
Facilitating smooth communication across multi-disciplinary teams
Assisting Project Managers in the running of projects
Coordinating timely delivery of technical projects
Preparing monthly project forecasts
Analyzing project performance
Assisting with problem-solving
Updating resourcing schedules
Preparing detailed reports or sections of reports
Overseeing project document control
Organising meetings, recording and sharing actions
Requirements
Highly organised with proven ability to influence others who are working in remote locations to get tasks completed on time
Great communication skills at all levels
Good financial acumen
Ability to actively and positively participate within a team
Proactive approach towards personal and professional development opportunities
Intermediate/advanced skills in MS Office and, ideally, MS Project
