Role Overview
- Manage and oversee research activities within the Program for Research on Men's Health (PRMH)
- Lead policy research and advocacy efforts for men's health
- Develop and nurture relationships with various organizations
- Assist in developing, planning, and conducting PRMH research projects
- Identify potential new projects and report on metrics
- Lead and monitor PRMH projects, meet deadlines, and organize meetings
- Assist with data analyses, both qualitative and quantitative
- Help recruit, screen, and enroll project participants and organizations
- Provide input on budget and resource allocations
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 7 to 10 years of experience and/or Masters of Science or Masters of Arts and 5 to 7 years of experience preferred
- Doctoral degree preferred
- Ability to network and engage with community, policy makers, advocacy organizations, and professional organizations
