Manage and develop assigned customer accounts to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality functions
Lead pricing negotiations and manage purchase agreements for assigned accounts
Support and develop distribution partners to grow Littelfuse business within the region
Provide sales leadership and coordination during customer escalations
Present and promote Littelfuse products directly to customers and at relevant trade shows and industry events

Bachelor’s degree required
Technical degree preferred (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics)
Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive component or sub-system sales
OEM and/or Tier I/II experience strongly preferred
Direct experience with electronic components and automotive applications is highly desirable
Proven experience working in a multinational environment
International sales experience is preferred
Fluency in the English language
