Own product design for VR, and support on the web and desktop apps where needed
Refine and iterate the vision of VR UX with our founder CEO, and use this to inform direction of travel
Work collaboratively with peers in Engineering and Product from scoping, ideation to delivery to ensure we have solved the identified problem with the best solution possible balancing feasibility, time, and user experience
Run user research and testing as needed to identify areas of opportunity, ideate, and to validate assumptions and prototypes
Continue to iterate on and maintain our VR design system
Be an evangelist and voice of Design internally within the company, sharing work in progress prototypes and the thought process to take the broader team on the journey
