Role Overview

• Draft and negotiate various agreements including SaaS, licensing, partnership, and vendor contracts
• Provide guidance to product and engineering teams on data usage, platform features, and regulatory considerations
• Support advertising compliance and intellectual property matters
• Assist in building legal processes and infrastructure which include developing templates, playbooks, and systems to manage risk

Requirements

• Experience in technology companies
• Strength in commercial contracting and product counseling
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Working cross-functionally
• Supporting teams in innovation responsibly while maintaining sound legal judgment
