Central interface between the business, specialist departments, operational units and IT
Analyze, structure and document business and customer requirements as the basis for functional and technical solutions
Support demand management through the professional evaluation, prioritization and coordination of requirements
Proactively analyze, design and optimize business processes with a focus on efficiency, quality and customer value
Provide subject-matter support during the implementation of new requirements and coordinate with IT teams during realization
Participate in business
and IT-related projects (e.g. digitalization, system enhancements, process harmonization)
Prepare functional specifications, decision papers and documentation for stakeholders and management

Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in business analysis, IT project management, process management, functional design or requirements management
Excellent understanding of business processes and their mapping in IT systems
Experience in eliciting, analyzing and documenting functional requirements and working with diverse stakeholders
Analytical thinking, strong conceptual skills and confident demeanor with business units and management
Basic understanding of data, reports or analyses (e.g. basic SQL) is an advantage
Strong customer and service orientation as well as teamwork
Very good German and good English skills
