Role Overview
Lead transformation and performance improvement engagements or major workstreams in time-critical, high-impact situations
Design and execute hands-on value creation and transformation programs, taking ownership from initial hypothesis through implementation and results realization
Take responsibility for Transformation Office setup and leadership for large-scale transformation and value creation programs, ensuring a clear link between initiatives and measurable outcomes
Act as transformation office lead, coordinating initiatives, driving accountability across teams, and ensuring delivery against defined outcomes
Analyze corporate performance and identify key financial and operational value drivers, translating insights into clear, actionable initiatives
Develop and manage integrated financial and operating models (cash flow, liquidity, P&L, balance sheet, scenarios) to steer transformation initiatives and support value creation tracking
Take an active role in on-site execution, working closely with client teams to remove barriers and ensure initiatives translate into measurable improvements in performance and profitability
Manage communication with senior stakeholders, including management teams, shareholders, lenders, and investors
Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members in a high-performance team environment
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across operations, transactions, legal, and tax
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in transformation, performance improvement, value creation, private equity, transaction services, or top-tier management consulting
Proven experience leading complex engagements or workstreams with clear ownership of outcomes, ideally in situations requiring both strategic structuring and hands-on execution
Experience comparable to Engagement Manager / Manager level in a top-tier consulting environment
Proven track record in Transformation Office roles and large-scale transformation governance
Experience supporting or working alongside transformation leaders or executive strategy leadership
Strong understanding of financial and operational value drivers across the end-to-end value chain
Advanced skills in financial modeling, cash flow management, and KPI-based performance steering
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and translate loosely defined problems into structured approaches
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build a compelling case for change
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
Comfortable flexing between big-picture strategy and operational detail
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with credibility at senior-management level.
