About this role

Being the central point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams regarding the delivery of Security Services
Partnering with customers to understand their technical and business needs, to ensure customer success
Partnering with the Product teams to bring customers' feedbacks on solutions and stick to their needs
Managing the deliverables while working closely with other teams to ensure the success of the account
Working with other technical experts to solve problems and demonstrate Akamai's values
Contributing and collaborating with the wider team globally to facilitate the continuous improvement of processes

Have knowledge and/or experience as a Consultant for Web Security
Have some knowledge of implementation concepts that deal with web development, IT systems or security practice
Be familiar with security technology, process and concepts, security event management, or security compliance
Demonstrate knowledge of Project Management concepts and techniques
Have good communication skills and demonstrate an ability to build trusting relationships with customers
Be able to proactive work with a sense of urgency with a constant desire to learn
Be fluent in Japanese and have reading and writing competency in English
