Conduct architectural design reviews to ensure quality in delivery

Foster and develop relationships with customers' key stakeholders
Develop & coach talent to ensure the right skills mix to meet customer success
Collaborate with documentation and product management teams
Requirements
15+ years’ consulting experience in Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract, either as part of a procurement organization or a consulting firm or software provider
Experience of managing a professional services team in the context of formal line management and/or managing global SaaS implementation projects
Extremely strong client management skills to execute an implementation plan towards a rapid, successful go live
Experienced communicator and relationship builder with strong executive and stakeholder management experience
Hands-on experience in supporting pre-sales, services scoping, and solutioning
Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies and customer success principles
Strategic thinker who challenges traditional models and innovates to achieve customer and business outcomes
Strong understanding of processes and underlying technologies in Procurement and Finance domains
Experience implementing technology solutions in industries such as Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Utilities and Oil & Gas
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in building a workshop plan and facilitating desired outcomes
