Assist in the design and development of electronic systems and components for building automation and fire safety solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
Utilize CAD tools for creating detailed schematics, layouts, and other design documentation.
Perform simulations and analyses using appropriate tools to validate design concepts and functionality.
Support the testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electronic systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in electronics and building automation technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Strong foundation in electronics, including both digital and analog design.
Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Altium Designer, or equivalent software.
Experience with simulation tools like SPICE or MATLAB for circuit analysis and validation.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Internship or academic project experience in building automation or fire safety systems.
Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to fire safety and building automation.
Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers is a plus.
