Requirements
5-7+ years of closing experience in mortgage-related SaaS, with meaningful exposure to the mortgage industry and lending workflows
Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with meaningful ACV
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills: you ask better questions than your competitors
Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
Familiarity with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.) and disciplined pipeline management
Willingness to travel (~20-30%) to meet prospects and customers, attend industry events, and build meaningful relationships in-market
A bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Benefits
Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 base salary, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) typically ranging from 1.5x to 2x the base salary.
