You are the primary contact for Atruvia AG and the subsidiaries you support on matters of income tax, value-added tax (VAT), flat-rate taxation and social security issues.
You are responsible for reviewing and reconciling the relevant tax accounts.
You serve internally as the direct point of contact for tax matters and act as the interface to our payroll service provider and our external tax consultancy.
You handle tax-related issues in connection with the monthly and annual financial statements.
You accompany tax audits and payroll tax inspections and take on coordination tasks during the audit process.
You support the establishment and further development of our tax compliance function and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
You actively contribute to the development and digitalization of processes, participate in internal projects and take on special topics.
Requirements
You are a certified tax specialist (Steuerfachwirt) and/or hold a degree in business administration with a focus on taxation, together with several years of relevant professional experience, or you have a comparable qualification.
You have very good Microsoft 365 skills. Knowledge of SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA is desirable but not mandatory.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and business-level English (B1 level).
You demonstrate independent, structured working methods combined with a high degree of personal responsibility.
You are characterized by strong cooperation and communication skills as well as organizational ability and initiative.
You possess pronounced assertiveness, a strong sense of responsibility and a holistic, company-wide mindset.
