Role Overview
- Serve as a defacto Chief Financial Officer support of the BBE organization
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance metrics
- Partner closely with the Accounting organization
- Support BBE retail store growth with financial analysis
- Engage in cost analysis and optimization efforts
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in a business-related function
- 3+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel
- 3+ years of experience creating executive level presentations
- Experience working with large data sets required
- Experience managing or supporting a Profit & Loss business
- Experience with Accounting activities
- 3+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion
- Experience leading either formally or informally teams and/or projects
