Senior AI Platform Engineer

Role Overview

• Design and operation of backend services for the payroll platform.
• Integration of LLMs into production services: prompt engineering and API orchestration.
• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure using Terraform or Pulumi.
• Run Kubernetes in production: deploy, scale, debug, and optimize services.
• Take full ownership of observability: monitoring, alerts, and dashboards to keep production healthy.
• Automate workflows: identify and implement automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven excellence in at least one backend programming language.
• Deep AWS experience (EKS, S3, RDS, Bedrock).
• Strong Kubernetes expertise in production environments.
• Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform or Pulumi.
• CI/CD pipeline design (GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), embedding models, and AI orchestration patterns.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered features to production.
