Lead AWS Pre-Sales: Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, ensuring that proposed solutions meet the client’s needs.
Solution Design: Collaborate with the team to develop architectures and innovative solutions on the AWS platform, aligned with clients’ business objectives.
Executive Engagement: Present technical solutions to client executives, demonstrating the value and benefits of the proposed AWS solutions.
Team Enablement Management: Develop and implement enablement and training programs for the team to promote continuous growth and keep knowledge of AWS technologies up to date.
Stay Current: Keep up with technology trends and innovations, especially those related to AWS, to ensure the team remains at the forefront.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or pre-sales, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong technical knowledge of AWS solutions, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Experience in team management and talent development.
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) — a plus.
Previous experience in consulting or managed services — a plus.
Knowledge of agile methodologies — a plus.
