Requirements
9+ years’ relevant experience in asset management and/or financial service
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (or equivalent) with strong academic performance; CAIA/CFA a plus
Deep private markets expertise strongly preferred; private credit experience in rated note funds/CLOs/CFOs in particular a plus
Demonstrated leadership and senior stakeholder management across internal teams, external partners, and clients
Proven track record delivering process improvements, automation, and digitization to increase operational efficiency in investment management environments
Experience supporting the onboarding, implementation, and operational setup of innovative fund and investment structures a plus
Self-starter with a strong ability to execute complex operational work under tight deadlines and competing priorities
Hands-on people developer: ability to mentor and coach junior team members
Highly collaborative, driving measurable outcomes through teamwork and a commitment to excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
