Execute and manage transactional activities in SAP and related systems, including inventory movements, master data updates, fixed assets, leases, and user access.
Provide day-to-day operational and system support across terminals, freight, and plant operations.
Maintain accurate operational data (production, inventory, energy, materials) and ensure timely updates.
Monitor inventory balances, adjustments, and variances, and support physical counts and reconciliations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems, resolve discrepancies, and generate standard operational reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Support audits (e.g., PACS), internal controls, and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and data governance standards.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders; participate in month-end processes, CAPEX tracking, and provide operational input to financial activities.
Provide system and process training to plant personnel and drive improvements in workflows, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Manage data requests and deadlines, ensure system integrity, and recommend corrective actions to support operational and financial performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, heavy industry or plant operations
Clear, concise written and verbal communication with new hires and internal stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
Strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, and compliance in managing operational information and processes
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PC-based applications
Experience working with databases, operational reporting systems, and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
Familiarity with production, inventory, and consumption data in an industrial environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies.
