About this role
Role Overview
Analyze existing business processes in public administration and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with specialist departments to develop future‑proof target processes.
Model and document processes and support their transition into digital workflows.
Facilitate workshops with subject‑matter experts and IT teams.
Develop processes efficiently with a focus on societal value and sustainability.
Support clients from analysis through to implementation.
Requirements
A strong aptitude for understanding interdependencies.
Solid methodological foundation in process management.
Initial experience in the public sector.
Experience modeling and documenting business processes (e.g., BPMN).
Familiarity with common BPM tools (e.g., Adonis, Camunda, Signavio).
Analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
Enjoys project-based work.
Degree in public administration, economics, social sciences, or political science.
