Evolve the Cloud FinOps discipline at RD, bringing technical depth and a systemic business perspective;
Build and improve solutions for measuring, allocating, and providing visibility into cloud costs;
Ensure greater traceability of costs by labels, services, products, teams, and business contexts;
Develop automations and tools that reduce operational effort and strengthen continuous cost management;
Support architectural decisions with a focus on financial efficiency;
Identify waste, variances, and opportunities to optimize cloud costs;
Contribute to the governance and evolution of Kubernetes and cloud practices with a focus on economic efficiency;
Make cost management more accessible, actionable, and reliable for technical and executive stakeholders.

Proven experience in Cloud FinOps, working hands-on with governance, allocation, cost analysis, and optimization;
Advanced knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
Strong foundation in cloud architecture, with the ability to connect technical decisions to financial impact;
Experience building automations, internal products, tools, or pipelines focused on cost management and financial visibility;
Expertise in cost allocation strategies (labels/tags, cost centers, ownership) and models such as showback and chargeback;
Solid software development skills to create solutions that facilitate FinOps operations;
Relevant knowledge of Kubernetes, considering environments with containerized workloads.
