In this key role you take technical ownership of projects: from architecture to quality assurance, while leading a development team.
In close collaboration with project managers you develop concepts and decision-making foundations that guide both clients and our teams safely through the project.
You coach and mentor developers, introduce best practices and establish standards.
You evaluate new technologies and ensure our solutions remain future-proof.
You balance hands-on coding with strategic foresight.
You translate complex requirements into smart, usable products.

You are an experienced architect of web solutions — preferably with Craft CMS or another solid foundation; the main thing is that you understand the mechanics behind it.
Strong with frontend frameworks, preferably Vue.js — and you know when which tool makes sense.
Extensive experience in designing system architectures, integrations (APIs, e‑commerce systems such as Shopware, headless CMS) and cloud environments.
You think not only in code but in solutions: scalability, security and sustainability are not buzzwords for you but everyday practice.
You enjoy leading teams technically, sharing knowledge and setting high standards together.
Positive mindset with a sense of humor — we are professional, but never stuffy.
Ideally a University of Applied Sciences (FH/HF) degree or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent German (English is a plus).
