Develops new mechanical systems/modules and maintains existing designs
Research mechanical concepts and create system solutions using 3D modeling and simulation software
Complete calculations and test, validate, and qualify their systems
Provide support throughout the manufacturing process of the mechanical system designed
Work with cross functional teams to ensure robust and high quality product development.
Enhance designs with feedback from reviews in manufacturing, test, supply chain, reliability, and industrial design.

4 to 6 years in a similar role or industry
Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to manage/lead complex, multiple line engineering projects
Demonstrate solid understanding of the technical, financial and people aspects of the project
Ability to recognize project barriers and develop mitigation plans
Demonstrate "People & Team Leadership Behaviors"
Fully knowledgeable about internal and external financial reporting, accounting and tax requirements relevant to your area of expertise.
