Develop and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, protocols, and workflows
Provide leadership and guidance to BIM teams
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Oversee the creation and management of BIM models
Conduct regular quality control checks on BIM deliverables
Manage BIM software licenses, tools, and resources
Provide training and support to project staff on BIM software
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
Act as a liaison between project teams and clients
Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes and workflows
Support the implementation of HSE initiatives

Minimum 8 years working experience
5 years in a relevant supervisory position
2 years GCC experience is a plus
Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as Revit, Navisworks, or BIM 360
Strong understanding of architectural, engineering, and construction principles
Excellent project management skills
Advanced knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows
Effective communication and leadership abilities
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
