About this role
Role Overview
Troubleshoot, inspect and diagnose Liebherr machinery and components including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, engines, gearbox/drive train, etc.
Perform new and used machinery preparation, scheduled maintenance, repair or overhaul requiring component replacement and adjustment of mechanical/hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic equipment
Recondition and repair equipment components and systems
Perform servicing on Liebherr machinery, including fluid checks, oil and filter changes, replacing filters, greasing machine lube points
Ensure components, materials and equipment is inspected, and delivery programs are achieved in a timely manner
Ensure all final verifications specified in work instructions and specifications are completed
Accurate and timely submission of reports and technical documents
Requirements
4+ years experience servicing heavy equipment
Red Seal/Journeyman license or provincial equivalent required
Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components
Demonstrated diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, component exchange, repair and warranty related activities
Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings
Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office suite
