Experience integrating mainframe systems with other platforms, including APIs and middleware.
Familiarity with version control tools (Endevor, Changeman, or Git in modern integrations).
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) applied to support and evolution of legacy systems.
Skill in analyzing technical and business requirements, translating demands into effective mainframe solutions.
Ability to perform production troubleshooting, identifying and resolving incidents quickly to ensure system stability.
