About this role
Role Overview
Map/redesign administrative processes (BPMN as‑is/to‑be), identifying bottlenecks, repetitive tasks and opportunities for AI (internal chatbots, report summarization, data extraction from contracts/invoices).
Gather requirements with stakeholders, create user stories, define acceptance criteria and produce functional/technical documentation.
Design, prototype and validate solutions (e.g., copilots for support, automations with Power Automate, AI Builder for document/invoice processing).
Monitor the AI market, define data sources and quality with engineering, and oversee performance and continuous improvement.
Manage AI risks (privacy, bias, explainability), prepare executive reports (ROI, KPIs) and conduct workshops/trainings.
Establish standards for scalable AI adoption in corporate tools (LLMs, RAG, intelligent automations).
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or similar (postgraduate in Analytics/AI/Process Management is a plus).
Experience as a business/data/process analyst in tech/analytics, preferably in administrative areas/ERPs.
Microsoft proficiency: Advanced Excel (Power Query, formulas), Power BI (dashboards), Power Automate/Apps, Copilot/Microsoft 365, Azure OpenAI (GPT‑4 via API), AI Builder (text extraction, sentiment classification).
AI knowledge: models (NLP, text generation), lifecycle and associated risks; data skills (intermediate SQL, data cleaning).
Programming: Python with Pandas/NumPy/LangChain/Semantic Kernel.
BPMN for process flows, advanced prompt engineering, familiarity with RAG/embeddings and integration with administrative systems.
