Design and build custom landing pages for Media Solutions and Brand Activations using our internal modular landing page system.
Create and refine campaign page templates for a wide variety of use cases, including marketing initiatives, PR, and new product launches.
Contribute to the ideation of concepts that align with brand and business objectives for partners such as Destination Marketing Organizations.
Align with a diverse array of global stakeholders to deliver high-quality landing page assets and campaign materials.
Source and curate imagery that is on-brand, authentic, inclusive, and exciting for use across all marketing channels.
Take responsibility for shaping the visual design of our Modular Landing Page System and providing support to its users.
Apply "Systems Thinking" to design problems, considering how components impact the user experience and brand architecture both now and in the future.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure design solutions meet the needs of growth marketing and media partner teams.
Requirements
Have a minimum of 4 years of experience designing for consumer-focused companies or high-growth tech brands.
Possess a strong understanding of branding and how to create cohesive branded systems for campaigns and sub-brands.
Maintain a deep knowledge of industry best practices for designing across all digital channels and platforms.
Demonstrate the ability to lead a design concept independently and deliver high-quality work with a quick turnaround.
Have an objective and professional approach to absorbing and implementing feedback quickly.
Are proficient in Figma or similar modern design tools.
Demonstrate familiarity with AI-driven design tools and automation workflows, leveraging them to improve creative output, accelerate production, and scale marketing assets efficiently.
Have experience working within WordPress (Gutenberg preferred) or similar content management systems (considered a plus).
Possess basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to better collaborate with engineering teams (considered a plus).
Hold a BA in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
Provide an online portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking and a mastery of digital design principles.
