Boardwise is a fast-growing independent SaaS company that aims to digitize and simplify boardroom operations. The Sales Development Representative will independently identify target companies and key decision-makers, execute outbound campaigns, generate qualified leads, and maintain CRM data.
Responsibilities:
- You independently identify relevant target companies and key decision-makers (e.g. executive assistants, Chief Legal Officers, IT leaders) and proactively reach out to them
- You execute structured outbound campaigns via phone, video, email, and LinkedIn—with a clear focus on cold calling and measurable activity targets
- You generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives
- You actively support the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
- You maintain our CRM data in HubSpot and ensure that all interactions are accurately documented
- You contribute your own ideas to continuously improve our lead generation and outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch (C2) as well as solid English proficiency (C1-C2)
- Hands-on experience with B2B clients in the Netherlands
- You are ambitious, performance-driven, and motivated to compete with others
- You maintain a high activity level and stay persistent even in the face of rejection
