Requirements
5+ years working as a brand or visual designer in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment working on campaigns, web design, and general marketing design for both B2C and B2B.
Experience designing brand systems that extend from identity to motion to web – the more the better
A high level of competency and speed working in Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Photoshop
Experience working in OpenAI, Claude, MidJourney, Nano Banana. Bonus points if you have experience with Spline, Relume, DALL·E 3, Unicorn Studio.
Ability to interpret and contribute to high-level strategy and apply it to the task at hand
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, new challenges, and changing priorities
