Support the VP Product Software Engineering in managing the end-to-end global program and project portfolio for TAA Europe Region North.
Drive and support execution of in-market products aligned with the strategic roadmap of TAA Europe Region North.
Actively support transformation initiatives across DXG, including DevSecOps, Meridian time-writing, and GenAI programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the VP Product Software Engineering, providing structured and transparent status updates and tracking actions and dependencies.
Support portfolio management across products and projects, including preparation of executive-level materials, governance forums, and KPI monitoring.
Define, maintain, and continuously improve project management processes, templates, and best practices across technical, financial, legal, and operational domains.
Lead and support process improvement and organizational optimization initiatives, including facilitation of workshops, chairing meetings, and documenting outcomes.
Provide leadership and guidance to Reporting & Analysis (PMO) roles, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives and delivery standards.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or comparable professional experience is a plus, combined with proven experience leading complex initiatives in international environments.
At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, or consulting, within an international environment.
Background or experience in technical or software development environments is an advantage.
Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Strong project and program management expertise; experience in portfolio management, financial management, demand planning, or architecture is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude is essential.
