About this role
Role Overview
Assist the Project Director in planning, executing and closing projects.
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
Manage project resources, including budget, personnel and materials.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Act, alongside the Project Director, as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication and provide updates to stakeholders.
Manage expectations and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Support the Project Director in leading and motivating the project team.
Organize regular team meetings and ensure team members are aligned with project objectives.
Maintain complete and well-structured project documentation.
Produce regular progress reports and present results to the Project Director and stakeholders.
Implement and monitor project quality standards.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in systems project management.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects.
Fluent in English.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
Proficiency in SQDC principles and their application in project management.
