Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements
Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development
Assists in customer negotiations

Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process
Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems
Requirements
Bachelor and/or Master's degree from an accredited university in an engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (preferably in Energy sector) with at least 3 years in high/medium voltage products or systems in a customer facing role
Familiarity with MEA End Users and/or EPC contractors
Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice
Ability to adopt to a multi-language and multi-cultural environment
