Role Overview
- You will be part of a team that will modernize the solutions of one of Brazil's most renowned hospitals;
- Adopt the use of Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate development and enable learning;
- Pursue and uphold continuous improvement of processes and engineering practices;
- Contribute to the architecture and development of high-performance, scalable systems;
- Work with a focus on the impact the solution will generate and on the user experience;
- Integrate systems with cloud services.
Requirements
- Experience with complex applications using ReactJS and NodeJS
- Active participation in application architecture design
- Experience with Microservices and service-oriented architectures
- Experience optimizing application performance
- Experience with SCM and Git for troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or React state
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), advanced HTML and CSS
- Experience with microfrontend architectures
- Knowledge of programming best practices such as DDD, Clean Code, SOLID, YAGNI, DRY and KISS
- Knowledge of Axios or equivalent for HTTP requests
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Advanced TypeScript knowledge
- Experience optimizing frontend performance
- Advanced knowledge of Express.js, Koa.js or NestJS
- Proven experience in large-scale, complex projects
- Ability to define and implement robust architectures
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with messaging using Kafka
- Experience optimizing backend performance
- Experience with observability instrumentation
- Experience developing applications hosted in the Cloud, such as AWS, GCP or Azure
- Experience provisioning applications with Kubernetes (K8s) using EKS
- Experience with AWS services such as SNS/SQS, S3, RDS and/or Aurora
- Experience with CI/CD practices
- Experience with static code analysis tools
- Experience with test automation
- Knowledge of the testing pyramid
- Experience in technical leadership and team mentoring
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading and upskilling developers with lower seniority
- Flexibility to work with different stacks or at least experience with Angular and/or .NET
- Experience with Mobile (Flutter or React Native)
