Oversee the full lifecycle of suspicious payment cases, including real-time detection, deep-dive analysis, restrictive actions, and post-incident monitoring.
Analyse real time reports to identify gateway faults, integration vulnerabilities, and prevent systemic abuse (such as bonus abuse or glitch exploitation).
Analyse large datasets to detect irregular transaction patterns, velocity spikes, and abnormal funding behaviours indicative of fraud.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of investigation procedures for specific fraud typologies.
Actively contribute to the development of new risk parameters and the continuous improvement of existing fraud detection models to reduce false positives.
Requirements
BA/BSc in Finance or Economics.
Analytical and attention to details.
Basic understanding of DAX language for the handling of data models.
Strong knowledge in Excel/Google sheets.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
AML, anti-fraud, risk-management experience is a huge plus.
Certified Fraud Examiner Seminars or Certification would be a strong advantage.
