About this role

Translate briefs into visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines
Create layouts, visual systems, and campaign creatives with strong design fundamentals
Optimize designs for clarity, hierarchy, and visual impact
Design social creatives (IG/FB, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X) primarily in Canva
Collaborate closely with copy, performance, and brand teams
Suggest creative improvements and alternate design directions when needed
Maintain organized file structures, version control, and asset libraries

4+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand-side)
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign creatives, and marketing design work
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color usage
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar tools for basic edits
Ability to manage projects from brief to final delivery independently
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Understanding of design principles that support marketing and brand communication
Familiarity with performance-driven creative thinking
Experience working with D2C or ecommerce brands
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design / Communication (preferred)
