Monitor Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse usage and performance using Power Platform analytics and built ‑ in monitoring tools.
Track application health indicators such as load times, errors, failed flows, and connector performance.
Analyze usage and performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
Produce regular reports on app usage, performance, and reliability for business and technical stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks related to scalability, data quality, or user experience and recommend improvements.
Automate operational tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing and process enhancements.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Requirements
3+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting business applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform.
Hands ‑ on experience building and maintaining:
Power Apps (Canvas apps required; Model ‑ driven apps a plus)
Power Automate workflows
Strong understanding of Power Platform data sources, including Dataverse and SharePoint.
Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Power Apps and Power Automate performance, including usage, errors, and failed flows.
Working knowledge of Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including solution packaging and environment promotion.
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues across apps, data, and flows.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross ‑ functional environment with product owners, business partners, and vendors.
Preferred
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate).
Experience integrating Power Apps with external systems or APIs, including the use of standard or custom connectors.
Familiarity with Power Platform governance, security roles, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
Experience working in agile delivery environments, including collaboration using tools such as Jira or Confluence.
Background supporting applications in media, entertainment, or technology organizations.
Advanced experience analyzing application usage, performance trends, and operational risks across Power Platform solutions.
