Independent planning, preparation, and execution of complex, group-wide internal audits
Advanced data analytics based on information from various local accounting systems (ERP)
In-depth analysis of financial data with a focus on accounting and reporting standards (local GAAP / IFRS)
Evaluation of end-to-end business processes, particularly in areas such as Purchasing, Project Management, and Controlling
Identification of risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across business functions
Definition and alignment of action plans in collaboration with local and global stakeholders
Preparation of high-quality audit reports and structured follow-up on implementation of agreed measures
Active contribution to the continuous development of the Global Internal Control System, especially regarding the design and implementation of key controls
Providing strategic input and internal consulting on risk management, compliance, and operational excellence
Acting as a sparring partner for management in identifying best practices and supporting business transformation from an audit perspective

Completed higher education in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field
Extensive and sound knowledge in accounting and financial processes
Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly MS Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, PivotTables, etc.)
Strong experience in SAP, especially in the Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and Project System (PS) modules
Fluent in business English, both spoken and written
Experience with OLAP or multidimensional databases is a plus
High degree of analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
Confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
