About this role
Role Overview
Manage a shared Gmail inbox and handle email correspondence
Coordinate flight-related tasks, including bookings, cancellations, updates, and changes
Update and reconcile financial records in Xero (House, 3ML, P4G)
Track and complete recurring and ad hoc tasks via Trello
Conduct online research across various topics as needed
Send scheduled reminder emails and provide general administrative support
Requirements
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote administrative role
Familiarity with Xero (or willingness to learn quickly)
Strong attention to detail, especially in financial data and reporting
Excellent written communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Willingness to be available for urgent matters outside regular hours when required
Nice to Have: Experience with flight booking or travel coordination
Background in bookkeeping or accounting tools
Familiarity with OneDrive and Excel (desktop version)
