Business Financial Analyst

Role Overview

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes
• Support the financial administration processes to ensure they are efficient and accurate
• Build and maintain advanced Excel reports and dashboards combining financial and operational data
• Analyze data trends for forecasting, budgeting, and operational decisions
• Develop detailed cost estimates and estimates of work (EOWs) for technical consulting engagements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements
• Support process improvements and automation within financial workflows
• Monitor estimates and budgets with Project, Release, and Account Managers
• Drive data quality standards across multiple systems for reliable reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• Analytical Thinking
• Operational Decisions
• Statistical Reporting
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience with financial data analysis
• Experience with budgeting or estimating in a technical environment
• Familiarity with financial administration within a technical or consulting environment
• Experience working cross-functionally between finance, operations, and technical delivery teams
• Exceptional written communication skills for drafting technical documentation and SOWs
