Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Role Overview

• manage time effectively and prioritize self-care
• create demand for your services and bring your current participant group
• track and respond to participant and peer feedback
• bill appropriately and timely for all mental health services
• coordinate the plan of care and service delivery of mental health participants across the continuum of care

Requirements

• master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage/family therapy
• working toward licensure in the State of Oregon as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist
• current pre-license certification: LPC Associate, CSWA, LMFT Associate, or Psychologist Associate
• commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• willingness to participate in clinical supervision toward licensure
