Lead a team of Supply Chain professionals including Supply Chain Program Managers, Buyers, and others
Collaborate with other supply chain and logistics functions to ensure the success of their programs
Develop and execute supply chain strategies, processes, and materials program plans
Support financial management (i.e., EVMS, budgets, targets, working capital, material sales, etc.)
Analyze data to determine the cause of deviations from performance expectations and develop improvement plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or Master's degree with 7 years of experience in Engineering, related technical fields, Supply Chain Management, or related industry experience
Proven ability to lead and manage high performance team, including hiring and performance management responsibilities
Superior communication skills (written and verbal), leadership abilities, negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate in a cross functional environment are required
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Demonstrated negotiation skills developed from contracts, proposal management, supplier management, capture management or similar negotiating activities
Strong ability to review product structure (Bill of Materials), identify long lead and high risk items/systems, and craft Supply Chain strategies to meet program objectives
