Role Overview
- Support the HDCM Platform Controller in overseeing consolidated financial operations for six international businesses
- Ensure accounting accuracy and maintain strong internal controls
- Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency across the enterprise while driving centralization and standardization efforts across the platform
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Executive Leadership and Marmon Corporate Accounting & Finance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in progressive accounting/financial analysis positions
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset a must
- Ability to operate independently and multi-task
- CPA designation and/or audit experience preferred but not required
- Position requires approximately 30% travel on average, including international travel
- MUST be willing to relocate in 2-3 years for promotional opportunities
