Compile and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for Nomura's Asset Management department.
Support Sales and Relationship Managers in maintaining and expanding client relationships through timely and accurate proposal responses.
Maintain and enhance Nomura's response database to ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment across all client communications.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while adhering to strict client deadlines and internal quality standards.
Ensure all responses accurately reflect Nomura's investment strategies, capabilities, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate seamlessly across global regions and time zones to support Nomura's international client base.
