Join the Cleveland Clinic team, where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare.
In this role, you will perform Epic printer mapping for outpatient and inpatient modules and provide support for Epic applications through the Core team, handling service requests and incidents submitted through ServiceNow.
You will be trained to analyze and resolve configuration issues, troubleshoot system breakages, and support workstation, software, peripheral, network and workflow needs.
Additional responsibilities include contributing to solution development, assisting with project tasks and documentation, supporting operational objectives and technology planning, ensuring effective communication across teams, and providing first-level diagnostic Help Desk and after-hours on-call support.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and one year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment, or equivalent experience in end user training or in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position required
High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience
High School diploma/GED, successful completion of ITD apprenticeship program and two years of experience
Bachelor’s degree
ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire
Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certifications
Experience in a healthcare environment
Previous hands-on Epic experience
